Grace within

Be kind, dear soul, for you are not a stone,
Unyielding to the winds of time and change.
You falter, yes, but never walk alone —
Your flaws are not defects to rearrange.
Each stumble writes a chapter in your lore,
Each tear a pearl upon your inward tide.
No need to rush through every broken door;
Growth takes its time and will not be denied.
Forgive the days you did not rise or shine,
For even seeds must sleep beneath the frost.
In silence, roots grow strong by slow design,
And not a single moment shall be lost.
So grant yourself the grace to simply be —
A work in progress, whole, and wild, and free.
